Sales Operations Coordinator (Wholesale)

Northwest Road Reps is a leading independent sales agency representing top outdoor, lifestyle, and action sports brands. We manage wholesale relationships with key accounts like REI, Nordstrom, evo, and Zumiez, along with specialty retailers across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska.

We’re a small, high-performing team that works closely with great brands and retailers—and we’re looking for someone who can help us stay organized, efficient, and ahead of the details.

Brands we work with – 686, Arbor, Dragon, Saxx, Igloo, Dometic, RVCA, Pro-Tec, Merrell, Catch Surf, gogglesoc, and Guy Fox.


About the Role
This is a critical support role that helps our team operate smoothly across multiple brands and retail accounts. You’ll work directly with the owner and sales team to manage orders, track data, and keep everything running behind the scenes.

This is perfect for someone who loves organization, understands wholesale or retail, and wants flexible, part-time work with a growing business.


What You’ll Do

Order & Account Support

  • Track and manage wholesale orders across multiple brands
  • Update order status (placed, shipped, delivered)
  • Help resolve order issues and follow up with brands
  • Maintain reorder tracking and identify gaps

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain our internal CRM (Airtable or similar)
  • Update account activity, notes, and sales tracking
  • Help identify accounts that need follow-up or haven’t ordered

Communication & Coordination

  • Draft follow-up emails to retailers and brands
  • Support scheduling and prep for line reviews

Product & Asset Management

  • Track and organize product samples (who has what, where they are, unboxing, hanging)
  • Organize line sheets, pricing, and brand materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and spreadsheets
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-starter who can take ownership of tasks

Bonus (but not required):

  • Experience with wholesale, retail, or a sales agency
  • Familiarity with platforms like NuOrder, Elastic, or similar B2B tools
  • Experience with Airtable, HubSpot, or CRM tools

Details

  • Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule
  • Hybrid (Puyallup, WA)
  • Hourly: $25–$35 depending on experience
